Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and creative Assistant Manager - Internal Communications to support our team in fostering a vibrant workplace culture through effective communication. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies that promote employee engagement, alignment with company values, and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Create engaging, on-brand content for newsletters, emails, intranet posts, announcements, and reports.
  • • Write and edit articles, blog posts, and other materials to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • • Develop messages for employee engagement initiatives, company updates, and leadership communications.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and initiatives.
  • • Ensure consistency and clarity in content for presentations, FAQs, and other communication tools.
  • • Assist in content strategy development, maintaining a content calendar, and aligning with organizational goals.
  • • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, style, and tone, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • • Create content that fosters employee engagement and promotes a two-way communication flow.
  • • Work with HR, leadership, and other departments to gather relevant content and stories.
  • • Coordinate with design teams to ensure content aligns with visual elements.
  • • Monitor employee engagement and adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics for continuous improvement.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to contribute ideas for engaging internal communications.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
