Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and creative Assistant Manager - Internal Communications to support our team in fostering a vibrant workplace culture through effective communication. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies that promote employee engagement, alignment with company values, and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- • Create engaging, on-brand content for newsletters, emails, intranet posts, announcements, and reports.
- • Write and edit articles, blog posts, and other materials to keep employees informed and engaged.
- • Develop messages for employee engagement initiatives, company updates, and leadership communications.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- • Ensure consistency and clarity in content for presentations, FAQs, and other communication tools.
- • Assist in content strategy development, maintaining a content calendar, and aligning with organizational goals.
- • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, style, and tone, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- • Create content that fosters employee engagement and promotes a two-way communication flow.
- • Work with HR, leadership, and other departments to gather relevant content and stories.
- • Coordinate with design teams to ensure content aligns with visual elements.
- • Monitor employee engagement and adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics for continuous improvement.
