As a House Butler, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of the homeowners and guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and comfort. Your role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of the household and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

At Residence:

• Oversee daily household operations and staff coordination.
• Maintain immaculate household presentation and readiness.
• Manage wardrobe, packing/unpacking, and personal shopping.
• Handle guest reception and event hosting.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers Provide attentive and personalized service to homeowners and guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Manage daily household tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the property to the highest standards.
• Assist with meal service, including setting and clearing dining tables, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an elegant dining experience.
• Coordinate laundry and wardrobe management, including ironing and garment care.
• Handle household errands and administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure proper maintenance and care of household inventory and supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with residents and guests.

While Traveling:

• Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries
• Manage hotel and restaurant bookings, including VIP arrangements and preferences
• Ensure smooth transitions between locations
• Provide valet services, including packing, wardrobe care, and personal assistance
• Maintain discretion and security at all times
• Anticipate and fulfill the principal’s needs proactively
