We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director - Commercial to oversee our commercial strategies and lead our projects to success. In this role, you will play a vital part in the development and execution of our business operations designed to maximize both revenue and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies for various projects, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and objectives of Qiddiya Investment Company.
  • Oversee the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and commercial assessments for projects in your portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, relaying insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Engage with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to foster partnerships that will enhance project delivery and financial outcomes.
  • Monitor the performance of commercial initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the market and organization.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous professional growth.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on project performance and commercial activities for senior management review.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution and alignment of commercial efforts.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial management, ideally within the entertainment, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiations.
  • Proven track record of developing successful commercial strategies and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to commercial operations.
