The Job in a Nutshell💡

We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Courier Training & Engagement Specialist to join our operations team in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and training third-party logistics (3PL) couriers and their teams on how to use the Mrsool platform — covering everything from legal documentation to seamless app usage.

You’ll also play a key role in engaging independent couriers, making sure they’re fully operational and aligned with real-time demand. From running training sessions to monitoring supply gaps and triggering reminder campaigns, your work will directly impact service quality across the Kingdom.

You will report directly to Abdulhamid and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. The interview process includes two rounds: one with Abdulhamid and another with Sher.

What You Will Do💡

• Lead the onboarding process for 3PL courier teams, ensuring full compliance with legal, documentation, and platform requirements.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to both 3PL and independent couriers on how to operate within the Mrsool ecosystem.
• Act as a key point of contact for courier support and engagement, helping troubleshoot issues and maintain high operational readiness.
• Monitor courier supply across locations and trigger campaigns or reminders where coverage is low.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve courier experience and ensure alignment with business demand.
