Handle all related operation & maintenance activities in the assigned building\buildings.
Follow-up on managed service company works in the assigned building\buildings.
Close monitoring on the work performance in the assigned building\buildings.
Follow-up on preventive maintenance works schedules as plan.
Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all EBC internal requirement are considered.
Prepare the needed executive summary & BCs for the needed works on premises.
Review existing building designs for any proposed enhancements\changes to ensure do ability.
Establish full design package for the needed enhancements\changes on the assigned building\buildings.
Establish detailed BOQ of works.
Select the efficient type of equipment & durable materials used & proper vendor selection.
Coordinate with Procurement till awarding the works to vendors.
Supervise construction contractors\vendors during implementation phase with a proper handing over.
Comply with all H&S procedures.
Meet assigned OPEX & CAPEX

Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
Proficient command of the English language, both spoken and written.
10+ years of experience in the Operation and Maintenance sector (hard facilities), specifically in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
Experience in the facility management industry focused on operation and maintenance is preferred.
