Property Operations Manager (MEP)

  • Handle all related operation & maintenance activities in the assigned building\buildings.
  • Follow-up on managed service company works in the assigned building\buildings.
  • Close monitoring on the work performance in the assigned building\buildings.
  • Follow-up on preventive maintenance works schedules as plan.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all EBC internal requirement are considered.
  • Prepare the needed executive summary & BCs for the needed works on premises.
  • Review existing building designs for any proposed enhancements\changes to ensure do ability.
  • Establish full design package for the needed enhancements\changes on the assigned building\buildings.
  • Establish detailed BOQ of works.
  • Select the efficient type of equipment & durable materials used & proper vendor selection.
  • Coordinate with Procurement till awarding the works to vendors.
  • Supervise construction contractors\vendors during implementation phase with a proper handing over.
  • Comply with all H&S procedures.
  • Meet assigned OPEX & CAPEX

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • 10+ years of experience in the Operation and Maintenance sector (hard facilities), specifically in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
  • Experience in the facility management industry focused on operation and maintenance is preferred.
