What is this role?
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of core products at FlapKap. In this role, you’ll own critical parts of our lending platform, work cross-functionally across the company, and guide product decisions that directly impact growth and profitability. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring other PMs and scaling our product organization.
What will you do?
- Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for major product areas
- Align product goals with company strategy and communicate them across the org
- Work closely with engineering, design, risk, sales, and finance to deliver impactful solutions
- Define clear metrics for success and use data to inform decisions
- Deeply understand customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging fintech trends
- Collaborate with leadership on prioritization, tradeoffs, and investment decisions
- Hire, mentor and guide other product managers
- Drive a culture of product excellence, experimentation, and continuous improvement

متطلبات الوظيفة
What skills do you need?
- 4+ years of product management experience, 2+ years of experience as a lead
- Strong product intuition paired with data-driven decision-making
- Proven success in leading complex product initiatives from concept to scale
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with hiring, mentoring and managing PMs
- Familiarity with credit, risk, or financial workflows is a bonus
- A builder’s mindset: bias toward action, ownership, and outcomes
