Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
· Regularly update and maintain the CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
· Input customer and client data, track interactions, and manage marketing campaigns within the CRM.
· Website and Platform Updates:
· Maintain and update content on our website, ensuring it reflects the latest information and branding.
· Manage updates on other digital platforms as required.
Social Media Content Creation:
· Develop engaging social media content using our library of videos and photos.
· Plan and schedule posts to align with the marketing calendar.
Brochure Creation and Updates:
· Design and update marketing brochures and other promotional materials to align with company branding.
· Ensure content is accurate and visually appealing.

Qualifications:
