Job Overview:
As a Salesforce Developer at Robusta, you will play a critical role in customizing Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Design and configure Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications before deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications.
- Stay current on Salesforce features and best practices to recommend improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning web components.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration methods.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
