  • Oversee the entire payroll process for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and end-of-service payments.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with Operations teams to validate attendance, leaves and shift schedules before payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with Finance departments to ensure accurate data integration and alignment.
  • Maintain updated employee records, including new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, and contract updates in the payroll system.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Continuously monitor changes in payroll legislation and update internal policies accordingly.
  • Recommend improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in payroll processing preferably in the retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience with high-volume payroll environments across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems.
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws, taxation, and social insurance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
