Senior Software Delivery Manager In Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

We’re hiring a Senior Software Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead high-impact digital delivery programs across mobile, and web platforms. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple vendors, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence from planning to production.

You’ll work closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to align software outcomes with strategic objectives. A background in consulting and professional certifications in Project Management are highly preferred.

What You'll Do:

End-to-End Delivery Ownership

• Drive the full software delivery lifecycle for web platforms, and mobile apps
• Own planning, execution, tracking, and quality across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Ensure technical delivery aligns with enterprise architecture and business needs
• Monitor timelines, manage risks, and resolve delivery blockers quickly

Multi-Vendor Management

• Coordinate and govern multiple external vendors and their technical deliverables
• Ensure vendor accountability for scope, cost, timeline, and quality
• Facilitate vendor selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluation
• Manage cross-vendor integration points and program dependencies

Agile Program Leadership

• Lead Agile delivery ceremonies across squads, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Work with product and engineering leads to prioritize backlogs and define sprint goals
• Track delivery velocity and continuously improve team performance
• Apply Agile and hybrid delivery models as appropriate for each initiative

Stakeholder & Consulting Engagement

• Act as a delivery partner to internal teams and executive leadership
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and resolutions with clarity and consistency
• Translate complex delivery plans into actionable business roadmaps
• Provide strategic input based on a consulting-oriented, problem-solving mindset

QA and Go-Live Readiness

• Work closely with QA to support test case definition, UAT, and issue resolution
• Ensure complete documentation, training, and production readiness for all handovers
• Oversee smooth transitions from build to run, ensuring post-launch stability
