What is this role?

As an Admin Executive You will be responsible for the brand acquisition and onboarding in the UAE which would entail following responsibilities:

  • Checking applications forms, kyc, other documents submitted for application.
  • Preparing contracts for merchants 
  • Updating commercial reports and supporting CCO in managing team performance
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. 
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • 1 year plus in an office administrative role
  • Graduate degree is a must
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail and process orientation
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
