Tagaddod is looking for an HR Personnel & Admin Senior Specialist to join our HR team. In this key role, you will oversee HR operations and administration with a focus on enhancing our personnel processes and providing top-notch support to our employees.
As an HR Personnel & Admin Senior Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing employee records, facilitating the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Personnel Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (contracts, IDs, bank accounts, etc.).
- Prepare and track all employment documents (offers, contracts, renewals, terminations).
- Handle social insurance procedures (Form 1, 2, 6) and medical insurance enrollments and cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and absence records.
- Administrative Support
- Manage office supplies and facility needs (maintenance, security, cleaning, etc.).
- Assist in organizing company events, travel arrangements, and internal meetings.
- Handle filing and archiving of HR and administrative documents.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics.
Assistance with Employee Relations
- Help address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support grievance and disciplinary documentation processes.
- Assist in internal communication and policy distribution.
