We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through various channels (e.g., calls, emails, in-person visits).
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and generate status reports.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with BRM and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
