Job Responsibilities:
🔹Monitor social media channels for comments, messages and user-generated content.
🔹Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, friendly, and brand-consistent manner.
🔹Remove or report inappropriate content according to internal guidelines and community standards.
🔹Escalate sensitive issues or negative feedback to the appropriate departments.
🔹Maintain a positive tone and encourage healthy conversations within the community.
🔹Track and report recurring community issues or content trends to the marketing team.
🔹Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align moderation with ongoing campaigns and brand
voice.
🔹Support with basic content scheduling or publishing tasks if required.
🔹Stay updated with platform policies, community guidelines, and best practices.
