Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog. This includes writing clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensuring the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by the development team and stakeholders.

Requirements Elicitation and Definition: Work closely with stakeholders (customers, business units, sales, marketing, support) to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable product backlog items.

Prioritization: Make informed decisions on backlog item priority based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.

Agile/Scrum Participation: Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective). Represent the customer and provide clarifications to the development team.

Release Planning: Define release goals and work with the development team to plan and deliver product increments. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and product development. Provide regular updates on product progress.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and ensure product relevance.

Product Validation: Work with the development team and stakeholders to validate product increments and ensure they meet the defined acceptance criteria and deliver value. Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between the development team, designers (UI/UX), and other stakeholders.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Proven experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and collaborating with software development teams.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing software products.
  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., FinTech, e-commerce, SaaS, Telecommunications) is highly desirable.
  • PMP or Agile/Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical background strongly preferred.
