In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for guests\Hosts, handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also provide product recommendations, assist with bookings, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to improve guest\Host satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests\Hosts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guest\Host inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues or complaints.
  • Assist guests with booking reservations and provide product recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve guest satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.
