As Qiddiya Investment Company seeks to redefine the entertainment and leisure landscape, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager - Experience Systems to lead the development and implementation of innovative experience systems that enhance visitor engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing systems that support the overall guest journey across various offerings within Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, Develop , and implement effective growth strategies and processes for application services/offerings, creating a market need for new high-tech services and application solutions
  • Provides leadership, management, and strategic vision to ensure the Applications team has effective operational controls and reporting procedures in place for the successful growth of SEVEN application services and offerings.
  • Serves as the representative for application solutions for QIC, SEVEN, and SCC.
  • Builds, develops, and oversees the capabilities of the application team to create and implement effective application solutions.
  • Conducts regular team meetings to provide assessments of results and guidance.
  • Enhances team development by establishing or recommending opportunities for professional and personal growth.
  • Inspires and leads the team; actively attracts, recruits, and retains the necessary personnel.
  • Shares best practices for systems and application development.
  • Encourages innovative ideas and new approaches to business operations.
  • Drives significant improvements in the technical and operational environment of Business Stakeholders by enhancing service quality, reducing costs, or boosting productivity.
  • Designs innovative solutions that align with the client's strategic objectives.
  • Assists in identifying opportunities for business growth.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 7 + Years of experience in guest experience management, technology integration, or related roles within the hospitality or entertainment sector.
  • Strong understanding of experience management systems, CRM platforms, and customer journey mapping.
