Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Maintenance Systems to join our evolving team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our maintenance management systems and processes to ensure operational excellence across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the QHSSE portfolio.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target users, their workflows, and pain points.
  • Define and prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog.
  • Translate user needs into clear user stories and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Act as product owner in agile development, drive product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and identify improvements.
  • Communicate product plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on QHSSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Act as a product evangelist internally and externally

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in maintenance systems or facility management.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance management principles and practices.
