Position Summary:
Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the development of one of the world's most exciting entertainment and cultural destinations. We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Asset Operations Systems to support the integration and optimization of our asset management systems. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that asset operations run smoothly and efficiently, enabling the overall success of our ambitious projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for growth in application services, generating market demand for new high-tech offerings and solutions.
- Evaluate business requirements and deliver application solutions for SEVEN and SCC.
- Build and enhance the capabilities of the application team to create and execute application solutions.
- Hold regular meetings with the team to review outcomes and provide guidance.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Foster team development by establishing or suggesting opportunities for professional and personal growth.
- Inspire and lead the team; attract, recruit, and retain essential personnel.
- Translate clients' organizational goals and key success factors into actionable IT strategies.
- Share best practices for systems and application development.
- Generate innovative ideas and explore new business methods.
- Drive significant changes in the technical and operational environments of business stakeholders by enhancing service quality, reducing costs, or boosting productivity.
- Design innovative solutions that align with the client’s strategic objectives.
