We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in performance management and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in working with international indices, preparing global reports involving country rankings, and conducting detailed benchmarks. The role requires hands-on experience in building and detailing KPIs (including setting baselines and targets), applying Balanced Scorecards, and translating strategy into measurable and actionable plans.
Project-based assignment for a duration of 14 weeks

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance management and strategy execution.
- Strong knowledge of international indices and country-level rankings.
- Proven experience in preparing global performance reports and conducting benchmarks.
- Proficient in developing and managing KPIs, including:
- Setting baselines
- Defining targets
- Monitoring and reporting progress
- Hands-on experience with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework.
- Ability to translate strategy into measurable actions and performance plans.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in working with government entities or international organizations is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other performance tracking systems.
