About Pipeline Gurus:
We help tech companies scale fast by building their sales pipeline. From AI startups to global B2B giants, we help our customers make money, but we do it with style, voice, and strategy. That’s where you come in. We're looking for a native Egyptian Arabic content creator who’s not just creative, but strategic, someone who understands how content performs and why.
What You’ll Do:
- Create original Arabic content across formats:
- → Short-form videos (on-camera or voice-over)
- → Memes, carousels, static posts
- → Blog articles, captions, email copy, Website Content
- Localize and adapt English content into Egyptian Arabic; naturally, not robotically.
- Monitor platform analytics (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and report on what’s working.
- Spot content trends, algorithm shifts, and audience patterns.
- Bring weekly new content ideas based on research and performance data.
- Collaborate closely with our creative and strategy teams to optimize impact.
- Ensure everything you publish is relevant, relatable and results focused.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Native fluency in Egyptian Arabic and strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Experience creating Arabic content across social platforms.
- Confident on camera or doing voice-over in Egyptian dialect.
- Ability to use analytics tools (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn analytics, TikTok data, etc.).
- Understanding of what makes content convert vs. just go viral.
- Deep familiarity with Egyptian culture, humor, slang, and online behavior.
Bonus Skills:
- Basic editing/design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe).
- Previous experience in marketing, journalism, or content strategy.
- Interest in B2B, tech, or startup culture.
