Chain Reaction is looking for a qualified Social Media Manager.

The Social Media Manager is the primary point of contact for key clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading the development and execution of social media strategies, and ensuring campaign success. This individual must be client-focused, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsiblities :

  • Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations, and ensure they are communicated effectively within the organization.
  • responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Maintain active social media presence, posting regularly to social networks and blog
  • Responsible for track and analyze social media metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. They generate reports and provide insights to improve social media strategies.
  • Lead a team of Account Executives or Senior Executives. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure the team's productivity and performance
  • Manage and maintaining the brands social media presence on various platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients based on their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative, Video Production and Content creators, to deliver high-quality work and exceed client expectations.
  • Act as a client advocate within the organization, championing their needs and priorities to drive customer success and long-term partnerships.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 Proven work experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Exceptional organization and project management abilities.
