BlackStone eIT is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team and help provide outstanding support to our clients. In this role, you will engage with customers to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience with our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be key in ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide product and service information, assisting customers in selecting the appropriate solutions for their needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as required.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by BlackStone eIT.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service offerings.
  • Contribute to team goals and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
