BlackStone eIT is looking for a warm and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel, taking messages as needed.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Handle incoming mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining office policies and procedures.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as a receptionist or in related fields is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to help others.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
