We are looking for a dedicated Math Teacher who believes in the power of mathematics to shape analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in students. The ideal candidate will inspire a love for math and create a dynamic learning environment that promotes student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and accommodate different learning styles.
● Assess student performance and progress, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs.
● Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and respect for diverse perspectives.
● Offer additional support and resources to students facing challenges in math concepts.
● Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to support students’ educational journeys.
متطلبات الوظيفة
● Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
● Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE/QTS or equivalent).
● A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in mathematics at the secondary level.
● Strong understanding of contemporary math curricula and methodologies.
● Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
● Commitment to nurturing a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
● Advanced qualifications or experience in mathematics education are considered a plus.
