Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Senior Specialist – Ticketing System to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our ticketing systems to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing ticket sales and driving revenue for our events and attractions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ticketing systems and software.
- Manage ticket sales processes, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to develop and execute effective ticket sales strategies.
- Analyze ticketing data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved customer experience.
- Provide technical support and training to staff members on the ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with ticketing policies and regulations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT for system upgrades or enhancements.
- Prepare and present reports on ticket sales performance to stakeholders.
