🔸 Sales & Business Development

  • Drive new client acquisition and grow the existing customer base across target sectors.
  • Present, promote, and sell ERP, CRM, and accounting solutions to prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions based on deep product understanding.
  • Lead demos, negotiations, and proposal development.

🔸 Account Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with implementation and support teams to deliver seamless onboarding.
  • Handle renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

🔸 Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and content teams to ensure brand positioning.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.

🔸 Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with Socienta’s business goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and provide regular forecasting reports.
  • Track KPIs and improve performance through data-driven decisions.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales (ERP, CRM, or financial/accounting solutions preferred)
  • Proven success in account management, deal closure, and solution selling
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), and sales reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and enterprise software ecosystem.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Domain knowledge in Real Estate, Construction, or Property Management industries
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and sales automation tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and interpret performance data.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal writing and RFP responses.
  • Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a KPI-driven environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
