The Job in a Nutshell💡
The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving product commercial growth, achieving product-market fit, implementing enhancements, managing risks, and making lending decisions for qualified clients. You will shape product strategy, oversee all microlending-related strategies, staff, and operations. This position offers unique exposure to core business functions, collaborating closely with key internal teams—including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal—to ensure a successful product launch backed by a well-crafted strategy and aligned with market needs.
What Will You Do❓
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan & GTM strategy for Foodics Capital, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and the product's vision. Oversee metrics related to capital allocation, generation, utilization, and performance.
- Ensure the achievement of Foodics Capital's plans and targets by identifying and addressing variances, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring consistent application of operational policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct product research to assess future impacts on offerings and market demands, leading to continuous refinements of microlending options and products.
- Generate regular operational reports, incorporating competitor analysis, client feedback, and service delivery insights to recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth through market and customer insights, collaborating with the tech team to develop innovative solutions and products.
- Serve as the primary liaison between third-party financial institutions, internal teams, and clients, ensuring smooth processes and effective client support.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional service for Foodics Capital. Participate in merchant calls to understand business model risks and financial statements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive the success of Foodics Capital initiatives.
What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, go-to-market strategy, or a leadership role in financial services, fintech, or micro-lending industries.
- Passion for revolutionizing SME lending and empowering small F&B businesses.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong commitment to achieving long-term product sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of the SME lending landscape, especially in the F&B sector.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling financial products or services.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work cross functionally with other teams.
