Our client is a fast-growing real estate business in Dubai, looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand their property portfolio and drive the business forward.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive business development for our client, who specialises in offering home rental solutions, including holiday homes and short-term rentals. The role also involves community engagement, market analysis, and contributing to social media efforts through content creation and confident on-camera presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential property owners, developers, and investors to generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in the real estate market for sustained growth.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads and close new deals successfully.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both clients and the company while ensuring satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide insights.
  • Participate in community management initiatives and activities with tenants to enhance and improve the overall living experience.
  • Be comfortable recording videos, taking photos for social media, and presenting confidently on camera to support marketing efforts.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development in the UAE. Experience in real estate is a plus.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities is essential
  • Experience in preparing regular reports on business development activities is essential
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and networking within the real estate sector is preferred.
  • Candidate should be goal oriented and possess a dynamic approach to business development.
  • Experience in using CRM tools
  • Ability to monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities is vital
  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and its dynamics is beneficial for the role.
  • Driving License is required.
