Manager - Stakeholder Management

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Manager of Stakeholder to lead stakeholder engagement efforts for the development of the largest entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia. Although this role is located within the Retail Business Unit, it will require liaison with other key stakeholders throughout the organization.  This role requires a personable, empathetic and efficiently, organized thinker who can build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and support throughout the project's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Identify and engage stakeholders at various levels, fostering trust and collaboration through regular communication and interactions.
  • Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to understand stakeholder needs, expectations, and influence, allowing for tailored engagement efforts.
  • Communication Planning: Create effective communication plans that inform stakeholders of project developments, milestones, and changes, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns timely.
  • Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise with stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and support for the project.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management on stakeholder engagement activities and success metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, project management, and community relations, to ensure a unified approach to stakeholder engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that stakeholder perspectives are incorporated into planning and decision-making processes.
  • Organize stakeholder engagement events, workshops, and outreach programs to promote awareness and collaboration.
  • Support crisis communication efforts by providing guidance and strategies for addressing stakeholder concerns.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and frameworks for stakeholder engagement best practices.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 - 11 years of relative experience in stakeholder management, community relations, or public affairs, preferably in large-scale projects or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder dynamics and proven ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of understanding complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex stakeholder landscapes and develop tailored engagement plans.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues in the context of stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Strong presentation skills, with experience in utilizing data and storytelling to engage stakeholders.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving strategies
