As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sale of real estate. You will be working with a team of agents to ensure that each one is performing their job effectively and in accordance with company standards. You will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to other members of the organisation.
Requirements
● Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Hit annual targets, build relationships, and understand customer trends;
● Provide direction and overall execution of the sales plan and objectives;
● Coordinate the implementation of the annual marketing budget, sales goals, sales initiatives and
revenue forecasting process for all projects;
● Implement sales training, sales team goal measurement and metrics to maximise sales revenue while
achieving increasingly efficient revenue results;
● Maintain accurate and timely financial and related sales information;
● Provide consistent communication and review of monthly financial sales performance;
● Provide sales analysis, interpretation, and recommendations to the corporate management team
that contribute to the long-term sales performance of the company and its development projects;
● Evaluate new development, sales management, and other sales opportunities;
● Identify best practices to improve the sales processes and overall marketing and sales efficiency;
● Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals;
● Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base;
● Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals according to the sales plan. Track these goals by meeting with
team members at a regular time;
● Follow-up and continuously coach team members by helping them reach their full sales potential;
● Develop and implement training programs that teach sales members how to get customers with
continuous coaching, build rapport, ensure client trust, and make sales on a regular basis;
● Responsible for maintaining relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote
future business opportunities and referrals;
● Prepare the company's selling strategy to achieve sales targets;
● Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis;
● Analyse trends and results and generate timely sales reports;
● Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
● Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and
ensures it has a strong presence;
● Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
● Train the sales team to handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met;
● Plan and implement sales objectives and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment;
● Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent;
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
● Negotiate and close deals;
● Represent the company at industry events;
● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
