We are looking for an ambitious, accountable and empathetic individualto join our high-performing sales team. While prior aviation experience is a plus, it’s not essential, we value hunger, initiative, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Calling and onboarding new Victor members to understand their private jet charter needs.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with typically time short clients through outstanding service.
  • Following up on outstanding quotes and identifying opportunities to convert.
  • Proactively contacting inactive clients to reignite interest.
  • Generating new leads through smart prospecting, research, and outreach.
  • Managing quotes, bookings, and customer journeys with precision and care.
  • Collaborating closely with our global operations team to ensure a seamless experience for every flight.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records via Salesforce.

 

 

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in sales and customer service (aviation, luxury, real estate, hospitality, or tech preferred, but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills - you’re confident on the phone, persuasive, and articulate.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter attitude - you take accountability, show initiative, and follow through.
  • A genuine interest in private aviation and luxury travel.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • A growth mindset and extensive examples of self-growth.
  • Arabic language skills a plus, but not essential.
