Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

  • Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) to meet specific business and functional requirements. 
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and custom solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dynamics CRM Software development Kit. 
  • Create Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse integrations. 
  • Support integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST APIs. 
  • Conduct data migrations, system testing, and performance tuning for deployed solutions. 
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate functional designs into technical solutions. 
  • Assist in documenting technical specifications, configuration guides, and deployment steps. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, best practices, and new features in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. 
  • Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role.
