The Senior Manager - Health, Safety, and Environment at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia will be a key leader in promoting and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all employees and guests. This strategic role involves the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s health, safety, and environmental policies and programs, in alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the HSE strategy in line with corporate goals, driving a culture of safety and compliance at all levels of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Oversee risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into operational processes and projects.
  • Lead incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  • Manage HSE training programs, ensuring all employees are educated on safety practices and regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular safety reports and updates to executive management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging regulations, and technological advancements related to health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Experience in water parks and theme parks.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, ideally within the entertainment or hospitality industry.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training programs.

Certifications: Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to facilitate teamwork, and commitment to promoting a safety-first culture.
