Responsibilities:
- Manage his/her team’s projects' profitability and cash flow
- Achieve assigned and agreed-on work and learning goals
- Responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and vendors, and works on growing our business with clients in collaboration with the account management team
- Builds and leads a team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of all projects
- Define success factors and clearly communicate specific performance indicators (KPIs) to all team members.
- Provides leadership direction and communicates vision and strategic objectives to team members.
- Identifies, clearly communicates, and plans how to meet department/team goals and define and communicate team members’ roles
- Identifies training and development needs and coaches team members on achieving goals
- Recruits and selects high performers, develops talent, and recognizes performance
