Job Summary:
The Captain - Last Mile at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient transportation of guests to and from the park. This position focuses on providing a safe, enjoyable, and overall exceptional experience for all guests utilizing our transportation services. The Captain is responsible for overseeing the operation of the last mile transport services that connect guests to the park while adhering to safety protocols, company policies, and exceptional customer service standards.
Job Duties:
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience:
Previous experience in transportation management, guest services, or hospitality is preferred.
Experience in a theme park or entertainment environment is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
Basic computer proficiency for reporting and scheduling.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
