Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for an innovative and strategic Associate Director - IT Projects to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading IT project initiatives that are essential for the successful realization of Qiddiya's ambitious vision. You will guide the planning, execution, and implementation of IT projects that enhance operational efficiencies and support the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify project needs and develop effective project proposals and roadmaps.
- Manage project resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and team assignments, to ensure optimal execution.
- Establish clear project objectives and deliverables, aligning them with Qiddiya's strategic goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and project stakeholders to address project scope and requirements effectively.
- Identify risks associated with IT projects and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
- Continuously assess project outcomes and promote a culture of learning and improvement amongst project teams.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
