Chefaa is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist focused on the insurance sector to enhance our partnerships and offerings. Join our passionate team and contribute to improving healthcare accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform outreach strategy.
- Develop compelling proposals and pitch Chefaa’s insurance module to potential partners.
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for newly acquired accounts and foster enduring partnerships with our current clientele..
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Understand client needs, demands, and ensure seamless onboarding & collaboration.
- Promptly address and resolve client issues or concerns to ensure satisfaction, while actively relaying client feedback to internal teams to support continuous service improvement
- Ensure prompt delivery of appropriate services to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
- Compile regular progress reports and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics.
