Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Architect & Site Engineer to lead project planning, design coordination and review, and on-site execution. This role requires a versatile professional with a strong background in engineering design, project management, and site supervision. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- coordinate with the design and Technical team, from concept through detailed drawings.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with client, design team, and other stakeholders for design input and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
- Manage procurement, subcontractor coordination, and reporting.
Site Engineering:
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control.
- Monitor site progress and coordinate between office and field teams.
- Ensure implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) protocols at site.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, project management, and site supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master’s degree or equivalent professional license preferred).
- Strong design and technical documentation skills.
- Proficient in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in [insert specific project types, e.g., commercial, residential, mixed-use].
