700Apps is seeking an Integration Engineer Lead with expertise in Webmethods to drive our integration projects and enhance our application connectivity solutions. As the leader of our integration team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing integration strategies using Webmethods technology to facilitate efficient data exchange and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of integration engineers in developing and executing integration solutions utilizing Webmethods platform.
- Design, develop, and deploy integration workflows, APIs, and services to efficiently connect different systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance, ensuring reliability and scalability across all deployments.
- Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, utilizing Webmethods tools effectively.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in Webmethods and integration technology to apply innovations within the team.
- Document integration architectures, design patterns, and workflows clearly for reference and compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in integration engineering, with a minimum of 3 years working specifically with Webmethods.
- Proficient in Webmethods integration concepts, including Integration Server, Designer, and API Gateway.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and messaging protocols such as JMS.
- Experience in cloud integration solutions and environments, particularly with AWS or Azure.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, Groovy, or JavaScript.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical solutions to both technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance standards related to integrations.
