Tagaddod is seeking a dedicated HR Personnel & Payroll Senior Specialist to join our HR team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of personnel administration as well as payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely remuneration for our employees.

Responsibilities

  • Personnel Administration
    • Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, identifications, and benefits information.
    • Ensure timely execution of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Handle social insurance procedures (Forms 1, 2, 6) and oversee medical insurance enrollments.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
    • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee absences accurately.
  • Payroll Management
    • Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Prepare payroll reports and ensure all deductions and contributions are correct.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws related to compensation.
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management for payroll-related inquiries.
    • Coordinate payroll filings and tax submissions on time.
  • Employee Relations Support
    • Address employee inquiries regarding policies, payroll issues, and benefits.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Participate in improving HR processes to enhance employee experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR personnel administration and payroll processing.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HR management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
