Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us grow our tech teams by sourcing and hiring top technical talent. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for IT and technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source and attract candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical competencies.
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer stage.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices in tech hiring.
