Salla is on the lookout for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our brand’s visual narrative through innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Your responsibilities will include crafting a variety of compelling visual content for digital media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure that all designs not only meet project goals but also resonate with our target audience.
The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and a strong understanding of branding principles. You should have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while staying on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for online marketing, advertising, and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Research and analyze design trends to ensure our work remains innovative and competitive.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts for projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance designs.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a senior role.
- An impressive portfolio that highlights a range of design abilities and styles.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a solid understanding of motion graphics.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to think independently.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design.
- Experience in UI/UX design is a plus, particularly for web and mobile applications.
