About the Role
We’re hiring a Projects Lead to drive critical initiatives across our Commercial Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a management consulting mindset, a strategic operator who thrives on solving complex problems, turning ideas into actionable plans, and partnering cross-functionally to execute them.
You’ll play a central role in enabling better, faster decision-making across the company by delivering market and business intelligence, driving alignment between teams, and leading projects that impact growth, monetization, and profitability. Whether it’s launching a new product, analyzing commercial performance, or optimizing our go-to-market plans, this role is for someone who gets things done while thinking strategically.
We’re looking for a high-agency, analytical, and impact-driven operator. Someone who is equally comfortable diving into a SQL query or presenting to leadership. Someone who brings structure to ambiguity and momentum to complexity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Performance & Reporting
- Analyze core business KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and improvement areas across our commercial funnel
- Own the creation of management reports that surface key insights and drive executive decision-making (working with Data Analysis team)
- Communicate findings clearly, translating data into crisp narratives and recommendations for leadership
2. Analytical Deep Dives & Strategic Insights
- Lead high-impact analyses to identify growth levers, turnaround opportunities, and operational inefficiencies
- Work cross-functionally with teams in finance, merchant success, product, sales, and marketing to align on root causes and solutions
- Develop actionable strategies to improve commercial performance and achieve P&L objectives
3. Strategic Projects & New Initiatives
- Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects including opportunity sizing, monetization strategy, and ROI analysis
- Build business cases and lead pilots for new product or pricing launches
- Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, performance tracking, and forecasting
- Own workstreams related to GTM strategy, commercial tool adoption, and cross-functional process improvement
