Accounts Payable Accountant

This critical role ensures that all vendor transactions are recorded accurately and that payments are processed efficiently. Responsibilities

• Ensure timely review and recording of vendor invoices with proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain accuracy in invoice data and general ledger entries.
• Process routine reconciliations for credit cards and bank accounts.
• Facilitate the execution of payments including checks, ensuring completeness of supporting documents, and approvals.
• Manage petty cash settlements on a weekly basis, ensuring proper documentation.
• Verify vendor accounts, process payments, and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, or payments.
