AQARCO REAL ESTATE BROKER L.L.C is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE property market and a proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing teams, and building client relationships

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base.
  • Identify new business opportunities in both primary and secondary markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective lead generation strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee property viewings, open houses, and client meetings, ensuring a positive experience for potential buyers and renters.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance, providing insights for future strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations throughout the sales process.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years hands on experience in real estate sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market (primary and secondary)-including trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a passion for developing team members.
