Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growth in the GCC region. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and setting up meetings for the Account Executive team. This role is critical to our outbound sales strategy and plays a key role in building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Identify, research, and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in the GCC market.
- Engage with decision-makers and influencers within organizations to understand their pain points and introduce our SaaS solutions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule product demos or discovery calls with the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed and accurate notes from all lead interactions.
- Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaign strategies for the GCC region.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, lead qualification, and meeting bookings.
