Overview:
The Qiddiya Investment Company is revolutionizing leisure and entertainment in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Senior Manager of Retail Portfolio Marketing to join our team. This role will focus on positioning Qiddiya City’s retail offerings to optimize engagement and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for Qiddiya's retail portfolio that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Lead the planning and execution of bespoke marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the unique value propositions of each retail asset to target audiences.
- Establish and refine brand identities for retail assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s overall brand strategy while maintaining consistency across all marketing channels.
- Oversee content creation for various marketing materials, including digital and printed collateral, presentations, and promotional content that engages and attracts potential customers and partners.
- Coordinate and manage public relations and media efforts to enhance the market presence of Qiddiya’s retail offerings.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, tenants, and the community, ensuring a unified approach to marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitive activities to inform strategy adjustments and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in retail marketing, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role.

- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments.
