Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective outdoor sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and supervise a team of outdoor sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the furniture industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the bedding market.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for upper management.
  • Coordinate sales training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Proven 5 to 10 years of experience as an Outdoor Sales Supervisor or similar sales role, preferably in the furniture and mattress industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 30 to 40 years old
  • Egyptian or Lebanese
