Job Purpose:
The T24 Consultant will be responsible for delivering functional and/or technical expertise for the Temenos T24 Core Banking System across various modules. The role supports system implementation, enhancement, customization, and integration initiatives, while ensuring alignment with the bank’s operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and provide T24 solutions that meet functional and technical needs.
- Configure, customize, and support various T24 modules such as AA, LD, FT, MM, Customer, Accounts, Treasury, and Payments.
- Design and implement T24 versions, templates, enquiries, routines, and reports as per business specifications.
- Participate in T24 upgrades, patch implementation, and system migrations.
- Support data mapping, extraction, and migration activities during core banking projects.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist business users with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Collaborate with business teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure successful system delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve T24 issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide post-go-live support and issue tracking related to T24 enhancements or new module implementations.
- Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and functional requirement documents.
- Stay updated on Temenos roadmap, best practices, and regulatory compliance changes relevant to core banking.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Temenos Certifications (optional but preferred)
Experience:
- 5–10+ years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24 implementation or support.
- Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle T24 implementations or upgrades.
- Deep understanding of one or more of the following modules:
- Retail Banking (Customer, Accounts, Lending, Deposits)
- Corporate Banking
- Treasury (MM, FX, Securities)
- AA (Arrangement Architecture)
- Funds Transfer & Payments (FT, SWIFT, ISO20022)
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in T24 tools: Enquiries, Versions, Templates, OFS, Web Services
- TAFJ/TAFC environment knowledge
- Proficient in jBASE / InfoBasic programming
- Basic understanding of SQL / Oracle databases
- Experience with T24 Interfaces, Integration Framework (IF), and TCIB / Digital Channels is a plus
- Familiar with DevOps or automated deployment tools is advantageous
